HOW DOES TOP BSI WORK?


BSI reflects total object’s virality by combining 5 key indicators: Buzz Volume, Object
Mention, UGC (content created by users), Audience Scale & Sentiment Score
BUZZ VOLUME (Lượng bài viết & thảo luận)
Buzz volume is counted as below:
Social media (Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, Forums, Blogs, Reviews) post/online news article about the Topic and comments under that
post/article; or other comments that contain keywords related to the Topic
e.g. A Facebook post about Samsung has 100 comments. This counts 101 buzz volume for Samsung.

OBJECT MENTION (Lượng bài viết & thảo luận nhắc đến tên brand/campaign)
Brand/Campaign mention is counted as below:
Social media (Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, Forums, Blogs, Reviews) post/online news article about the Topic (but NOT comments
under that post/article); or other comments that contain keyword related to the Topic
e.g. A Facebook post about Samsung Galaxy J7 Pro has 100 comments and 5 comments having “J7 Pro” word. This counts 1+5= 6
campaign mentions for Samsung Galaxy J7 Pro.

BSI reflects total object’s virality by combining 5 key indicators: Buzz Volume, Object
Mention, UGC (content created by users), Audience Scale & Sentiment Score
AUDIENCE SCALE (Số lượng người dùng tham gia thảo luận)
Audience Scale is counted as below:
The number of unique audiences who participate in the conversations about the campaign. The more users joining/creating the
conversations about campaigns means the campaigns are getting virally.

SENTIMENT SCORE (Chỉ số yêu thích của công chúng)

  Positive (Tích cực): Posts/articles & comments that show interest, favor, support, satisfaction drivers,...
Negative (Tiêu cực): Posts/articles & comments that show negative attitude, dissatisfaction drivers
 Neutral (Trung lập): Posts/articles & comments that do not show any attitude, plain comments in minigame & KOL posts, asking for
information,…

UGC is counted as the content created by Facebook users, it could be a new post mentioning about campaign or a re-shared post having caption.
