PALLADIUM
HAS
A POSH NEW
GOURMET STORE
 Spread over 15,000 square feet on the third floor of Palladium, Foodhall is a cross
between Godrej Nature’s Basket and the grocery section of Big Bazaar.

 Offering a wide selection of both imported and Indian ingredients.

 Unlike at Big Bazaar where products are often haphazardly piled, the wood-furnished
Foodhall has well-organised and clearly labelled display shelves that make it quite easy
to locate items.

 Foodhall stocks fresh produce, packaged goods and deli staples such as cheese and
sandwich meat (though you will only get turkey and chicken ham here, no pork). It sells
a selection of basic cooking ingredients for Indian, Italian, Thai, Chinese and Japanese
cuisine,  range of pastas and ready-made pasta sauces, flavoured olive oils, herbs and
Thai cooking pastes.

 You can order from the in-house bakery or the two meal counters. The bakery rolls out
quiches, croissants, and calzones, in addition to a variety of breads At the snack counter,
you can choose from farsan, mithai, samosas and dhoklas; and also pick up idli batter,
the other counter offers packaged sandwiches, biryani, microwavable Indian and Chinese
lunches, and even a limited Indian and Chinese buffet. Oddly enough though, there’s no
seating area.
