You should do what fits best for your dietery needs and routine. You can skipping
breakfast because it’s better to shorthen the window of time to meals each day.

approach when you’re eating in the narrow time period like in the middle of the day.
Breakfast or not there is no difference, but not breakfast have a effect in the beginning
