introduction
State Bank of India (SBI) is an Indian multinational, public sector
banking and financial services statutory body headquartered in
Mumbai, Maharashtra.
SBI is ranked 236th in the Fortune Global 500 list of the world's biggest
corporations of 2019.A nationalised bank, it is the largest in India with
a 23% market share by assets and a 25% share of the total loan and
deposits market.
The Bank is changing outdated front and back end processes to modern
customer friendly processes to help improve the total customer
experience.
The Bank is also in the process of providing complete payment solution
to its clientele with its ATMs, and other electronic channels such as
Internet banking, debit cards, mobile banking, etc.

To find out the market potential of SBI card.
Toknow customer‘s perceptions about various
credit schemes of different banks.
Tocompare the credit schemes of different
banks.
Tofind out main obstacles while getting finance
under various credit schemes.
Research methodology
In total, 50respondents were contacted for gathering
data. For the study, Non Probabilistic sampling method
has been used and in that convenience sampling
approach was adopted.
The questionnaire included basic information of the
respondents and consumer behaviour towards credit
schemes.
Statistical tool - Mean has been used to analyze the
data.
