 Immediate outcomes
*are competencies/skills upon completion the subject, a grade level and program itself.

EXAMPLES:
*Ability to communicate in writing and speaking
*Identifying object using senses
*Graduation in program
*Passing required LE

 Deferred outcomes
*ability to apply cognitive, psychomotor and affective skills/competencies

EXAMPLES:
*Promotion in a job
*Success in career planning, health and wellness
*Awards and recognition

Institutional, Program, Course and Learning
Outcomes
 There are the attributes that a graduate of an institution is expected to demonstrate 3 or more
than 3 years after graduation.
 OBE come in different level:
1. Institutional: are statement of what the graduates of an educational suppose to be able to
do
2. Program: what graduates of particular educational programs are able to do at the
completion of degree.
3. Course: what student should be able to demonstrate at the end of the subject/course.
4. Learning outcomes: what students should be able to do after a lesson.
