3 LEVELS OF MANAGERS:
1. Top level managers(corporate
managers)- are the general or
strategic managers who focus on
long- term organizational concerns
and emphasize the organization’s
stability, development , progress and
overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Example:

CEO’s, COO’s,
Presidents, V.Presidents
in big companies, high-
ranking company
executives.
2. Middle – level managers-
(tactical plans)
-in-charge of the organization’s
middle level departments. They
formulate specific objectives and
activities based on the general
goals developed by the top-level
managers.

is to act as go-
betweens between
higher and lower
levels of the
organization.
3. Low-level managers
-are also known as
operational managers
and are responsible for
supervising the day-to-
day activities.
-traditionally, they are
controlled and instructed by top-
level and middle-level managers
to follow their orders in support
of the organization’s major
strategy.
