Butter Chicken

Butter chicken or murg makhani (Hindi: मुर्ग़ मक्खनी) is a dish, originating in the Indian subcontinent, of chicken in a mildly spiced tomato
sauce. .This sultry poultry dish tastes great with kaali daal , naan and a green salad .The ingredients u need is Kasuri methi , olive oil,
onion ,garlic , ginger ,butter ,chicken stock and tomato puree .The chicken is marinated twice , once in a dry rub and then in yogurt mixture
.This makes the chicken moist and flavourful adding to the richness of the dish .
Briyani

Biryani - is a mixed rice dish with its origins among the Muslims of the Indian subcontinent. It can be compared to mixing a curry, later
combining it with semi-cooked rice separately. The word 'biryani' is derived from a Persian word, birian, which means fried before cooking.
Paani Puri

Paani Puri - is a type of snack that originated in the Indian subcontinent. It consists of a round or ball-shaped, hollow puri (a deep-fried
crisp crepe), filled with a mixture of flavored water (known as imli pani), tamarind chutney, chili, chaat masala, potato, onion or chickpeas

Pav Bhaji is popular Indian street food where dinner rolls/buns are served with spicy mashed veggies topped with dollop of butter. Street
food doesn’t get better than this!

made with besan or chick pea flour and is yellow in colour. While the other Dhokla which is white in colour is prepared using rice flour and chick pea
flour. While Khaman Dhokla is sweet and sour, the other dhokla is a generally sour in taste.

Choley Bhature

As a side with the dish serve sliced onions, green chilies and lemon wedges. This a very filling dish and you might feel like having a short
nap after eating it. Ideal for weekends or holiday time.
