     You aim is to obtain each of the numbers 0 to 30, using only the numbers 1, 2, 3 and 4,
    where each of 1,2,3,4 are used exactly once. You can use any operations (times, add,
    divide, subtract), powers (note uses up the 4 and the 2) as well as brackets.
