    REMINDERS:
    1. Refrain from making unnecessary noises during sessions.
    2. Keep the room and other facilities clean and orderly.

    3.Be on time.
    4. If you have questions, address them to the facilitators.

    5.When someone’s sharing, listen.

    7.Express and share oneself.
