Advanced Find

• Perform Complicated and Comprehensive searches


• Save your searches for use later
• Saved Advanced Find searches are also called personal views
• Add your newly created custom searches (or views) to a custom
dashboard
• Can only return lists of a single record type
• Share any searched you’ve created with other users

Editable Grids
• Editable Grids provide rich inline editing within main grids and
sub-grids
• Editable grids are supported by standard and custom record
types
• Editable grids use an auto-save process
• Some other functionality that is part of editable grids are:
• Able to group by any column on current view
• Moving and resizing columns
• Lookup configuration
• Editable Grids are not enabled by default
• Editable Grids are subject to the usual field security level settings
• Some fields will be protected in an editable grid

• Export creates worksheets containing a connection to Microsoft Dynamics
365 database and dynamically refreshes
• Dynamic Pivot Table
• Similar to the dynamic worksheet
• User must design pivot table columns and rows
• Excel Online
• Provides the ability to conduct analysis directly within Dynamics 365
• Ability to export and analyze data from your mobile device

• Create document templates to arrange most-used data


• Use an empty template file to create your own
• Upload to CRM once template is complete
• Generate documents on the fly
• There are various features when exporting to a template
• Create Excel
• Ability to filter by entity

• Document templates are role based by entity
