The document discusses metrics for measuring supply chain performance using the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model and the Balanced Scorecard (BSC). It describes the three levels of metrics in the SCOR model, with level-1 metrics measuring overall supply chain health, level-2 metrics diagnosing level-1 metrics, and level-3 metrics diagnosing level-2 metrics. It also discusses how the BSC can be used to establish metrics covering the financial, customer, internal processes, and learning/growth perspectives for different supply chain roles like suppliers, producers, distributors, and retailers. Developing metrics using both SCOR and BSC helps ensure a balanced approach to measuring and governing supply chain performance.

Métricas del modelo SCOR. • Level-1 metrics are diagnostics for the overall health of the supply chain. These metrics are also known as strategic metrics and key performance indicators (KPI). Benchmarking level-1 metrics helps establishing realistic targets to support the strategic directions.
• Level-2 metrics serve as diagnostics for the level-1 metrics. The
diagnostic relationship helps to identify the root cause or causes of a performance gap for a level-1 metric.
• Level-3 metrics serve as diagnostics for level-2 metrics.

Métricas nivel 2 y nivel 3. • Actividad en clase:

“Supply Chain Council recommends supply chain
scorecards to contain at least one (1) metric for each performance attribute to ensure balanced decision making and governance.”

Balanced Scorecard.
observadas, medidas, controladas y mejoradas.
