GREEN BRICKS

Green Bricks is an alternative for use of construction on the place of clay

bricks, thus decreases the cost of construction of buildings
BRICKS BY USING SOLID WASTE TO IMPROVE
GREEN BUILDING AND SUSTAINABLITY

OBJECTIVE To prepare GREEN BRICKS from waste raw materials

CERAMIC WASTE

SOLID WASTE(POLYSTRENE, GLASS WASTE)

NOVELTIES
Additional predictable properties compare to the conventional
bricks as:
Thermal insulation
Lower water absorption
High Acoustic barrier
Low shrinkage values
Higher compressive and tensile strength
Light weight
Resistant to acid rain water
Environmental friendly
Cost efficient

Ceramic compare to fired clay brick
(thermal conductivity)
Ceramic v/s Clay brick

since ceramic have less thermal conduction therefore

The ceramic super efficiently increases the thermal insulation.

Comparison to existing technology
 This idea of composing of bricks using variety of
waste is completely unique no such product is
available in market.
The available plastic sand bricks have low fire
resistance but our bricks will be have enough fire
resistance due to availability of glass, ceramic and E-
waste.
The bricks made by only glass till now is found less
impact resistance.

COMMERCIAL VIABILITY
Acquiring investor’s consent for establishing the
industry (REVENUE MODEL):

Gaining financial aid from the government and

NGO’s because product aims towards green material
and solid waste management.
Convincing preferred stakeholders from
construction industrial background by our effective
CVM (costumer value model).
COST EFFECTIVENESS

All the raw materials are easily available waste.

BEST OUT OF WASTEWASTE TO WEALTH.
Manufacturing requires lesser power supply.
Only production and transportation cost required.
Less mortar quantity required for masonary work.
Round the year production.
