Won´t.

In the future, robots will serve us food.
I will work in a place where I can earn lots of money.
I won´t work with real people. Virtual reality will be
another way in which workers can solve their problems.
FORM: FUTURE WITH “WILL”

Auxiliary Main verb in

Subject Complement
verb base form
I will play with my play
+ station
He will not go to the cinema
- tonight.
Will they win the cup?
?
FUNCTION - MEANING
WILL

1. To talk about predictions:

- We are saying what we know or think will happen.
We are predicting the future.
(probably, I expect, I’m sure, I think, I don’t think,...)

E.g. I think it will be a difficult exam.

2. To talk about on-the-spot decisions:

- We decide to do something at the time of speaking.
We haven’t decided before. The idea is new.
E.g. Your bag is heavy. I will help you!
EXAMPLES

1. Affirmative:
I think I will win the game.

2. Negative:
I’m sure that he won’t come to my party.

3. Interrogative:
It’s too hot in here. Will you open the window, please?
1. Will for predictions
We can say how sure we feel about the future by using modal verbs.
There are also other phrases we can use to express our certainty or
uncertainty about future events.

Modal verbs

We can combine modal verbs with adverbs to show a greater or lesser

degree of certainty.
 People will definitely work longer hours in the future.

 People definitely won’t work longer hours in the future.

Both of these sentences show that the speaker is sure.

 You’ll probably enjoy this film.

 You probably won’t enjoy this film.

2. Will for on-the-spot decisions.

An instant decision is one that we make based on current circumstances

when we must make a fast choice.

For example, imagine that you are in a restaurant and the waiter has offered
you two specials: chicken or pasta.

Correct: Hmm, both of the specials sound really good, but I think I will have
the chicken.

Incorrect: Hmm, both of the specials sound really good, but I think I am
having the chicken.

Incorrect: Hmm, both of the specials sound really good, but I think I am
going to have the chicken.

We don't use the present progressive or the future with going to when we are

talking about instant decisions.
