'THERE IS' AND 'THERE ARE' IS FORMED WITH THE PRESENT TENSE OF THE VERB "TO BE" IN ITS AFFIRMATIVE
FORM. 'THERE'S' IS SHORT FOR THERE IS.

NEGATIVE FORM:
THE NEGATIVE IS FORMED BY
PUTTING NOT AFTER IS OR ARE.

EXAMPLE:

INTERROGATIVE FORM:
The verb to be (is and are) is written before there. Is there...? and Is
there ...? It is important to note that the question mark is only used at the
end.
