 In my perspective Dream Organization is the one which must procure, motivate, retain and
effectively utilize the services of the people to ensure employee growth is in concurrent
with the organizational growth
 Ensuring the HR policies are employee friendly and competitive that would encourage the
employees to give their best and stay for longer tenure.
 Attrition rate in any company will directly relate to the HR policies in that company and
would give an insight on the strength of the HR department.
