REPORTING THE SYMPTOM

OF A HEALTH PROBLEM

BACKGROUND
Health is a maximum condition, both physically, mentally
and socially so that it can carry out an activity that
produces something. We can see a healthy body condition
in humans from body fitness.

Health problems are complex problems that are the result


of various environmental problems that are both natural
and man-made. The arrival of disease is something that
cannot be avoided, although sometimes it can be
prevented.
The general condition of health as described above
is influenced by various factors, namely the
environment, behavior and health services.

Meanwhile, health services are influenced by


various factors, including the availability and
quality of health service facilities, medicines and
medical supplies, health personnel, health
financing and management. Basic health service
facilities, namely Puskesmas strengthened by
auxiliary health centers and mobile health centers,
have been established in almost all regions of
Indonesia.
SYMPTOMS THAT ARE SIGNS OF A
SERIOUS HEALTH PROBLEM

1. Chest pain
Chest pain is synonymous with heart health problems.
Usually the pain you feel varies from intense throbbing,
pain accompanied by a burning sensation, to a sharp pain.

2. Shortness of breath
There are various conditions that cause breathlessness
ranging from obesity, stroke, blood clots, asthma, to lung
infections. Although shortness of breath is a very common
condition, you need to be checked if this condition
interferes with daily activities.
3. Headaches are severe and persistent
A headache that appears suddenly and feels severe is a
sign of a serious health problem that cannot be
underestimated. You must immediately consult a doctor
regarding this matter. The reason is, a severe headache
could be the possibility of a broken blood vessel in the
brain (aneurysm).
4. Blood in urine
When the urine is reddish, be careful it could be a sign
of kidney stones. Not only that, when the blood in the urine
is accompanied by a burning sensation when urinating, you
may experience a urinary tract or kidney infection. The
point is, never underestimate this one symptom because
there could be serious problems with your kidneys.
