DAYA INGATAN
SET A GOAL

• By setting a goal list , it make it easy for me to identify what I


haven’t complete.
• It may help me to to concentrate in what I’m going to do and
going to study.
• It may improve my grades when I set a goal for studying or
doing something.
BE INTENTION
• Choose a correct place to study.
• Choose a place like not distracte with any of the things such
as television , radio or something else.
• Try to figure out what I’m studying and apply it in solving
problems.
ROUTINE OF STUDYING

• Study everyday about what I studied and try to recall it


once went back.
• By recall something we have been studied really will
help us to improve our memory power and remember the
thing about what we have study.
• Study everyday for two or three hours except class time.
EAT HEALTHY

• Fast foods can destroy our memory power.This is


because fast foods contain a lot of chemical.
• Healthy foods like green vegetables will improve
our memory power and store more infomation in
our mind.
GET REGULAR EXERCISE

• Exercise everyday for at least 1 hour.


• By exercising our muscles get loose and our mind feel
less stressful.
• When we inhale fresh air our mind release tension and
get relaxed.
GET ENOUGH SLEEP

• Sleeping late night will disturb our concentration in


classroom.
• So, getting enough sleeping time is a important thing to
concentrate in classroom.
• Sleep for at least seven to nine hours each days so in
classroom we won’t be feel sleepy.
