This article is about teaching the reader to play in the altissimo
register comfortably.

Brown begins by stating some problems beginners run into while


learning to play higher notes and giving general overview of how
to play in altissimo register.
Summary
Throughout the article, Brown gives many suggestions to make
certain techniques easier, such as replacing tonguing with a “K” or
other syllables and changing your embouchure to make certain
notes more accessible.
