Emotional Intelligence

• Emotional intelligence:- EI is the ability to understand and


manage your own emotions, and those of the people around
you.
It is the capacity to be aware of , control and express one’s
emotions, and to handle interpersonal relationship judiciously
and empathically.
It is the ability to monitor one’s own and other peoples
emotions, to discriminate between different emotions and
level them appropriately.

TRUST
Trust is a two way street. Gary Kristen showed full
trust in the players and in return the players
imposed their full faith in him. Getting the honor
to be the first full time head coach to guide India
to a world cup title, is itself a proof his leadership
had left an indelible imprint in players minds.
