BUREAUCRATIC STRUCTURE

A bureaucratic organization is a form of

management that has a pyramidal command
structure. The bureaucratic organization is very
organized with a high degree of formality in the
way it operates. Organizational charts generally
exist for every department, and decisions are made
through an organized process. A strict command
and control structure is present at all times.

MATRIX STRUCTURE

A matrix organizational structure is a

workplace format in which employees report
to two or more managers rather than one
manager overseeing every aspect of a project.
For example, an employee may have a
primary manager they report to as well as one
or more project manager they work under.

DEPARTMENTAL ORGANIZATIONAL
STRUCTURE

Common parts of a departmental structure include

marketing, finance, human resources, information
technology, administration and production. Some
departments are subfunctions of others. For
example, the marketing department might oversee
separate sales, advertising, public relations and
promotions functions or departments.
