    the carnival is between the end of
    January and the middle of February,
    depending on the year.
    The dates of the Venice Carnival in
    2021 are from Saturday, January
    30 to Tuesday, February 16
    It lasts for 10 days and during
    this time people dress up and
    go out to walk and take
    photos, either in organized
    parades or improvised.
    People celebrate it because through
    masks and costumes it is possible to
    hide one's identity, thus canceling
    out social, sexual and religious
    divisions and everyone has fun
    together
    The most representative
    symbols of carnival are the
    masks and
    costumes that are inspired by
    the costumes of the seventeenth
    century evoking Mystery, luxury
    And romanticism.
