A barber is someone, most often male,
whose occupation is to cut any type of hair,
and to shaves or trim the beards of men. The
place of work of a barber is generally called
a barbershop, or simply the "barber's“.
The barber's trade has a long history;
razors have been found among
relics of the Bronze Age in Egypt.

The saloon is not the ancient business, it will
start many years ago. We all know our
ancestors are monkey, having hairs all over the
body. As the increase of mind, human start
wearing cloths and by the “LAW OF NATURE”
the hair of body goes to be ended.
This is the concept where human was
understand that the hairs are not required now
a days.

My business idea
My business idea is that I enter in the
business of saloon shop, because there is / will
be a great expend of business and according
to need of current scenario I frame my
business to provide services at the place
which will be suggested by the customer.
And the name of my business is “CALL
SALOON”.

I will open my shop as well as I will


provide the customer a facility of home
delivery, so that if they can want our facility in
their home we will definitely provide this
service to our customers by only in single call.
I thing we will target to provide services
which is the best quality service at a cheaper
rate and work on “ low price , high volume”
concept. It will also help to easily enter into
the market.
TARGET MARKET
• Market near the big cities where people
have lack of time and most probably to
busy person. college students and young
adults between 18 and 35 years old men.
we focus mostly the market where
we see the demand of such facilities like
metro cities, capitals of states, etc…
PUBLICITY
I will give publicity my number by various
medium like-
 Fm
local news paper
social networking sites (like face book and
orkut )
sometimes by pump late and wall
advertisement.

We will face a very high competition from other
salon shop because they have a great command
in their market. Very less persons go another
place from their regular barber.
But have not too much buried about it because
we will focus mainly the home delivery system
with the cheaper price.
We also make advertisement of our service as
“the best quality, at your home”.
