Pixton is a software for educators and students that allows you to
create your own comic strips in the classroom.
 You can create your own characters and dialogue, give speech
bubbles to each character, position the characters in various
ways, and select from different choices of backgrounds.
 There are many templates and endless possibilities for creation
of comic strips.
 Mainly for 3rd to 12th grade students to use.

Using Pixton with Students
 This software could be incorporated with a lesson in any subject:
history, math, language arts, reading, science, social studies.

 You could have the students each create a comic strip and
present it to the class on a topic they researched.

 The students could retell stories in their own way through this
software by applying what they learned in class.
