The book tells the story of the murder of two women, an old
woman and a little girl, who had been murdered without
scruples. The crimes of the Morgue street is a novel with a
plot full of mysteries, crimes and blood.

Edgar Allan Poe born on January 19, 1809 – October 7,


1849) was an American writer, poet, editor, and literary
critic. Poe is best known for his poetry and short stories,
particularly his tales of mystery and the macabre. 
Oscar Fingal O'Flahertie Wills Wilde (16 October 1854 – 30
November 1900) was an Irish poet and playwright. 

The Picture of Dorian Gray is a philosophical novel depicting the


obsession with the power of youth and beauty. It is, at the same time,
a reflection on the nature of art and aesthetics.
Satan is a novel about the dark presence of evil in everyday life. The
backdrop is a broken landscape, that of today's Colombia, and a city,
Bogotá, through whose streets come and go, erratically, condemned
to atone for endless guilt, the characters of this disturbing story, in
which moving scenes are mixed with others of stark violence.
