• Child M, 5 years old, being treated in
pediatric ward with complaints of
cough and fever. assessment results:
no appetite, fussy, difficulty
sleeping at night, thick sputum,
sound of Ronchi in both lung lobes,
respiratory rate is 30 breaths /
minute, pulse rate is 90 beats/
minute, temperature is 37.9 degrees
Celsius.
