• The management of the Organization is
advised to create employee awareness as
part of innovation by making employees
conversant with various human resource
plans and policies initiated.
• The management should develop an
approach to innovation that is right for the
unique set of circumstances
CONCLUSION
• To conclude the findings of my study, this
was a successful study as all respondents
gave an in depth insight and observing the
workers at their place of work by means of
visual analysis, Observing that workers
have seen that Human Resource
Management is driving change through the
alignment.
