Mechatronics Engineering

Mechatronics is the one of many department in Vocational High School.

Mechatronics comes from the words mechanics, electronics and

informatics. By looking at the origin of the word, it can be easily
understood that this science combines or synergizes the disciplines
of Mechanics, Electronics and Informatics.
In the mechatronics department we learn about robotics and plc where at
this time the system is very much needed in the industrial world, robotics
and plc make it easier to do things that humans cannot do manually.
1. Robotic
Robotics is a branch of technology that deals with the
engineering, construction, operation, structural disposition,
manufacture and application of robots. Robotics is related to
the fields of electronics, machinery, mechanics, and computer
software
2. PLC ( Programmabel Logic Controller)
Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) are designed to replace a sequential
relay circuit in a control system. Apart from being programmable, this tool
can also be controlled and operated by users who do not have knowledge in
the field of computer operation specifically
