staff dine here during meal times. This area can also be used by the kitchen

delivery. It is a no-smoking zone.
Fire A very important aspect of designing a hotel. The designated grade of fire
Safety extinguishers need to be located in the vicinity of the kitchen for safe fire
fighting. The service lines inside the kitchen need to be cloaked inside a false
ceiling to protect them from the hazards of cooking. Sprinklers need to be
effectively located in all areas of the hotel.
