I first had puberty in Grade 4 when I was 11, First I was scared

and confuse. I didn’t know puberty, my knowledge was very

limited I haven’t even comprehend puberty yet. I was scared to
tell my mom but she found out and I should have told her
because she helped me, she made it easier for me. My mom
taught me a lot and I shouldn’t kept it a secret. Puberty is hard
whenever you’re alone and you have no comprehension of
what’s going on, you should always tell adult because they
know better than you. I learned about how menstrual period,
developing of body and broadening of hips. Puberty at first I
thought it was bad, but puberty leads us to a new chapter of
our life and puberty benefits us a lot. Puberty has taught me a
lot of things in emotional, mental, social and moral spiritual.
Puberty is normal, its going to happen and we should not take
it in a wrong way.
