This document outlines the VVIP report format for analyzing call drops experienced by VVIP customers. It collects daily call drop and call count data from the SQMS system for listed VVIP MSISDNs. It identifies MSISDNs that have experienced a call drop of 2% or more on consecutive days. A cell coordinate plot is created based on dropped calls and the cells with the worst call drop rates are analyzed further to identify areas for improvement. Trend data on call drops is also tracked for future reference.
