5 Reasons Heaven Won’t Be

Boring
1. We will plant and build
“They shall build houses and inhabit them; they
shall plant vineyards and eat their fruit”

Isaiah 65:21
2. We will be surrounded by breathtaking
nature 
Isaiah 11:6–9, 65:25
3. We will be reunited with our loved ones 
"I do not want you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning
those who have fallen asleep, lest you sorrow as others
who have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and
rose again, even so God will bring with Him those who
sleep in Jesus.”

1 Thessalonians 4:13, 14
4. We will make millions of new
friends. 
“Many will come from east and west, and sit
down with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob in the
kingdom of heaven.”

Matthew 8:11
5. Best of all, we will be able to visit face to face
with our awesome God and spend time with our
Redeemer, Jesus. 
“They shall see His face, and
His name shall be on their
foreheads.”

Revelation
22:4
There will be plenty more to occupy eternity, like
relishing the most delicious foods we’ve ever
eaten, listening to and participating in the most
soul-stirring music we’ve ever heard, worshipping
before God’s glorious throne, building
relationships with angels and other created beings,
and endless other activities.
The Bible says, “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard,
nor have entered into the heart of man the things
which God has prepared for those who love Him”
(1 Corinthians 2:9). God loves us deeply and has
created unimaginable variety and wonder
throughout the universe for us to enjoy.
Are WE ready to go there?
