GUIDELINES AND MECHANICS

1. All grade level classrooms/facilities are
automatically entries to the search.

2. All classrooms/facilities shall be evaluated

and rated. 50 points shall be given to the
classroom structuring and another 50 points shall
be assigned to school ground beautification.
3. There shall be two categories.
a. Primary Category- includes Kinder to Grade
III
b. Intermediate category- includes Grade IV-
VI

4. The evaluation team will be chaired by PSDS

together with the school head and one guest
evaluator.
5. This is a year-round activity since it involves
the maintenance of the learning environment
during the entire school year and not just a one-
day shot.

6. Quarterly recognition will be done until the

final announcement of winners during the
closing of the school year.
7. First quarter evaluation will be done on
December 10, 2020. Special awards and
recognition will be given during the Year-end
celebration.
