 Accuracy means the state of being
accurate or correctness from mistakes.

 Effective technical writing must be

correct, whether grammatically,
mathematically, electronically, etc…..
Because technical writing is the mirror
of you and your company.

 Errors in technical writing make the
company and the employee career
background look bad.

 More importantly, errors can lead

to damages, injuries, lawsuits
(sued), and misunderstandings.

 Accuracy is achieved through
proofreading and proofreading has
the following techniques.

 Use the computer’s spell check.

 Use peer evaluations.
 Read it aloud.
 Read it backwards.

 At college students don’t want to learn
technical writing, but once they go to
job then they know the importance
criteria of successful technical writing,
that how technical writing is important
in their job career when they face with
problems.
 So thus we will discuss the importance

of these five traits of technical writing.
