    Lateral plate

    Combi hole

    1. Conical threaded hole: dia 3.5mm (bottom),


    dia 3.9mm(top), Tapered, tapped with 0.5mm
    pitch
    2. Dynamic compression hole: dia 4mm
    (bottom), 1mm thickness with uniform dia,
    dia 4.6mm (top), tapered for 2mm length
