Nervous System
Human nervous system
consists of billions of
interconnected cells. Most of
these cells are neurons that
control and coordinate the
whole human behavior.
The nervous system is divided
into two main parts.
1. The Peripheral Nervous
System
2. The Central Nervous System
Peripheral Nervous System
Its Consists of the spinal cord and cranial nerves
(nerves directly emerged from the brain); these connect
the CNS to the rest of the body. PNS connects the
body’s sensory receptors to the CNS, and the CNS to
the muscles and glands.
