CHALLANGE

1. Actuated Ball Valve was supplied by others

2. Supplied Actuated Ball Valve control panel is typical. Team have to make
site modification for vertical installation orientation.
3. Supplied Actuated Ball Valve control component size is not commonly use
at site. Team have to make site modification to meet with site requirement.
4. Daily tripping from shore put strain, fatigue and lost of productivity to
Team. Pre planning for tomorrow work at jacket required as Tool Box was
station at mother platform.
LESSON LEARNT

1. Installation team must be provided with accurate details of Actuated Ball

Valve.
2. Valve control panel should be design based on existing panel
3. Material contingency is a must as some gasket was damage during manual
transfer to jacket
4. DPR reporting to TA Team via whatsapp group is a great medium to share
progress and update
