Dabur launched a beverage brand, Yoodley, an extension of their popular product Hajmola. With the
launch of Yoodley, Paper Boat did faced some challenges in their Expansion Plan as:
• Its packaging, variant and pricing is very similar to Paperboat
• Dabur already had a large sale and distribution network across the country.
• Targeted Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities too.
• Dabur’s 2.5 million retail outlets in both urban and rural India.
• Paper Boat’s presence in all Retail shelf space was less as compared to Dabur.
