Identify your desire
1. Your words generate a vibration that is either positive
or negative.

2. When you use the words don't, not and no you


continue to give more attention ,energy and focus to
what you are referring to.

3. When you have yourself saying words don't, not and


no ask yourself “So what do I want?”
4. When you go from what you don’t want to what you do want
,the words change and when the words change your vibration
changes.
5. You can only send out one vibration at a time.
6. You can reset your vibration simply by changing your words,
remembering that thoughts are made of words.
7. Contrast is anything that doesn’t feel good .
8. Observe contrast briefly knowing that the law of Attraction is
always responding to your vibration .
9. Use contrast to help generate clarity.
10. When building your contrast list find as many contrast items as
possible ,the more contrast you identify the more clarity you’ll
have

Rewording Your Affirmations to Make Them Feel Better

The Desire Statement Tool;
There are three elements to the desire Statements:
1. The opening sentence.
( I am in the process of attracting all that I need to do, know, or have,
to attract my ideal desire) Mention it.
2. The body (your Clarity list from Step 1)
e.g.
I love knowing that my ideal partner lives in my city.
I love seeing myself ……
I am excited at the thought of

3. The closing sentence

 Do these two statements affect you differently?
 Looking at the above statements, which of the two –– the first or
the second in each group –– do you find more believable?
 Which of them creates a feeling of contradiction? Which feels
harmonious (and truthful) when you say it?
 Which of these statements brings forth a tiny little voice within you
that says "Oh yeah!"?
 Most people notice a difference in their reactions to these two types
of affirmation. In general, the Choices affirmation is experienced as
more convincing because it is not contrary to fact, and therefore
easier to accept and believe. A Choices affirmation also seems to
put the person using it in “the driver’s seat” in his or her own life —
it appears to be more empowering.
Even though I feel furious (anxious), I choose to have this “
”.unexpected delay work to my advantage

 Of course he could just as easily have said, “I


choose to be calm and confident when I walk in
for the interview” or made some other EFT
Choice which would have counteracted the
problem he was experiencing. The only rule he
had to follow was that it would have had to be a
targeted statement aimed at the specific
challenge he was facing, rather than just a
general self-acceptance statement.

1. Your Vibrational Bubble contains all of your current


vibrations.
2. You must include the vibration of you new desire in your
current vibration Bubble .
3. A desire Statement helps you include the vibration of
your desire in your vibration Bubble.
4. The purpose of step 2 to give your attention.
5. You raise your vibration when you give your desire
attention, energy and focus.
6. Your affirmations may not feel good when the
statements aren’t true for you.
7. Law of Attraction responds to how you feel about your
affirmations.
Step 3 – Allow It
Allowing is the absence of negative vibration
(doubt)

?Where Does Doubt Come From

The most common source of doubt


(negative vibration) from your own
limiting beliefs. (Repetitive thoughts)
There are two ways to tell
: when Allowing

First, you feel a sense of relief and often


hear yourself saying “Ah !this feels
much better.”

Second, you see evidence of your


manifestation appearing in your life.

will bring your desire faster

Doubt will be in 2 words (IF & Because )


Allowing Statements to move
your thoughts to a more

Here are four guidelines for creating your allowing
statements.
1. Is there anyone on the planet having or doing
this now?
2. If so, how many today, yesterday, tomorrow,
next week, etc.
3. Make it believable.
4. Exclude reference to yourself
Examples
Limiting Belief: Customers won’t want to
pay the high price I’m asking for my high-
end products.
Allowing Statement: In this very moment,
1,000,000’s of entrepreneurs are being paid
full price for their high-end products…
Today, 100’s of people are putting amazing
amounts of money in the hands of
entrepreneurs in this very city…
Limiting Belief: I can only get business if
I pay for advertising
Allowing Statement: In this very
moment 1,000,000’s of people are
making purchases on items that were
not advertised.
Right now, 1,000’s of people are referring
people to other types of businesses, all
for free.
Remember
The Law of Attraction does not care whether
you are remembering, pretending,
celebrating, playing, creating, complaining
or worrying . lt simply responds to what’s
in your Vibration Bubble.

So, find proof, rejoice and send out a positive


vibration.
How to Feel Allowance

Take time to appreciate anything, It's


the feeling that’s attached to your
appreciation that is important,
Appreciation and gratitude help you
offer strong, positive vibrations.
Your job is not to try to figure
things out intellectually but
to let the law of attraction

1. Allowing-the 3ed Step of the Deliberate Attraction
process is the most important step.
2. Allowing is the absence of doubt.
3. Doubt is the negative vibration.
4. The negative vibration of doubt cancels the positive
vibration of a desire.
5. A limiting belief is a repetitive thought
6. When you say “I can’t because ….” you ‘re just
uncovered a limiting belief.
7. Finding proof helps you remove doubt .
8. Finding evidence that others are having or doing what
you want to have or to do helps remove your doubt.
9. The purpose of Allowing is to help you remove doubt.
