Purpose
• Gather information for two new printers for using in Mercury
college along with all relevant supplies for the printers i.e
paper, tonner, services and parts.
Background on current
resources
There are 2 main printers in the college one for all students and
teaching staff. This printer is commonly used for:
• Printing workbooks
• Handouts for students
• Class activities

The second printer is used mainly by admin staff and

management for:

• Printing student attendance

• Documentation / information
• Printing letters and reminders

Printer including:
• Three print trays which can hold one reem of
paper is 500 A4 sheets.
• Holds 2 xBlack tonner, 1x Yellow, 1x Blue and 1x
majenta tonner .

Looking for a new printers which are :

to expensive ,however the potentail of this product will
be worthwhile.
Recommended

Printer CM505 as it contain high potential for using with
Mercury college.

• We can buy it with new supplier as it more cheaper than office

work.

• However, we can still buy a resource such as paper and

tonner with our current supplier (office work) because it offer
the suitable price more than other supplier.
