OBJECTIVE
 Research for an information about new printer and
resource use for Mercury college to replace the old one
including paper, tonner, services and parts.
CURRENT RESOURCES
Two printers use in the college :
First one for all students and teaching staff. Printing
workbooks
 Handouts for students

 Class activities

Second printer is used mainly by admin staff and management

for:

 Printing student attendance

 Documentation / information

 Printing letters and reminders

Our new printer are green machine ,so it will help us to
save an energy and build the fresh environment .
RECOMMENDED
 Mercury college could purchase a HP LaserJet
Enterprise Colour MFP Printer M577f becuse it
meet thier equirement such as high capacity
contain of paper,durable and eco-friendly.
 We might buy a printer with i-teach as it more
cheaper.
 We will buy apaper from the same supplier
(officework)
 But we might buy a tonner from office nation as is
inexpensive.
CONCLUSION

useful machine that suitable for using within Mercury
college.
 As it can support a usage of using the printer for
Mercury college staff and student.
 As some resource from office work might be high cost
than other supplier we will buy that from new supplier.
