The objective of this campaign was to drive

Media:-
Online Media was used, social media platforms like Instagram, Twitter & Facebook. Each day, a question was
put up related to Valentine’s day & love in general to encourage people to engage & participate with the page.
Promotions for valentine’s day were also created to target consumers. Each day to the run up of the valentines
day was celebrated with a changed cover image. Gifts appropriate for celebrating each day were promoted.

Facebook, Twitter and Google Plus
• Each complaint was responded to and resolved with
the help of FNP’s customer service team
