 In woven sacks industry production takes place from using HDPE (hydro poly
ethylene) and PP (poly propylene) of plastic contents. The cost incurred in the
producing both raw materials are more or less same but the most of the
companies are procuring PP raw material for its production purpose because its
abundance availability in the market and number of suppliers are more. 
 In India woven sacks industry providing employment opportunity over 1 million
people. However the industry plays a vital role in the growth of Indian industry.
 Woven sacks industry growing tremendously due to its quality packaging
capability.
 This industry approximately contributes to the GDP of the nation around 0.12%.

• As we observed at the staff rooms of the company or chambers are not looking
well it needs to be changed.
• 360 degree performance appraisal can be followed by the organization.
• The company should appoint separate officers look after the maintenance of the
plant conditions apart from supervisors.
• The Entrance of the company gate, roads should be altered to attract lucrative
orders from customers group.
• The company needs to provide safety precautions to workers for instance we
observed at weaving department workers are wounded by sharp movement of
tapes in the process.
• The company should motivate the employee to meet the production at employees’
potential.
My stay at TULSYAN NEC LTD was indeed very beneficial to me as it was more of
learning than just working. I got a very good co-operation from all the employees
TULSYAN NEC LTD of Company during my organizational study.
 
I learned the process of conversion of raw materials in to sacks and the overall
activity of the company, which was indeed very useful to me. The organization study
was successful in knowing the process of decision making and the system required
for the smooth functioning of organization.

 
This study was helpful in knowing various management techniques that are visible in
the organization and the study by which new principles can be derived from
continuous improvement, survival and growth to achieve the desired level of
excellence in the competitive scenario of industrial management.
