(innovations) in the field of sci­entific research;
 Training of teachers in the application of new methods
and techniques;
 Adequate preparation of teachers to successfully
respond to new educational needs ;
 Introduction and training of teachers in how to
innovate in the system of their work;
 Training of teachers to evaluate critical thinking of
those transfers of knowledge, and how to motivate them
to do so.
