and founded in 2016 with a
single project but now

Pakistan. They have currently
staff of 50-80 employees.

Case Synopsis
• Case starts when Zain was assigned the task to control growing
turnover rate by the CEO

• Zain did meetings inside and outside the company to get a hold of the
issue

• Zain came around some major reasons during these meetings

• Case ends with Zain pondering on how to tackle the situation
