HISTORY

Founded in 1926, the Goverdhandas Sunderdas Medical College (GSMC) and the
King Edward Memorial (KEM) Hospital are amongst the foremost teaching and
medical care providing institutions in India

MOTTO

Good health is the foundation of a productive and rewarding life. Today's

lifestyle has brought with it stress, unwholesome eating habits and
inadequate rest. Coupled with elevated levels of pollution, these factors
are bound to gradually take their toll on us Yet, most of us tend to ignore
these fact until we are compelled to confront a medical condition.
 EXECUTIVE SUMMERY

OBJECTIVE :-

Our primary objective is to develop a computerized database system which

will reduce the manual working of the CCBL & BLOOD BANK department.

DEVELOPMENTS :-

1. Use of shortcuts to access different processes is provided for the user

having Computer Knowledge.
2.  User-friendly prompts are provided for user.
3. Crystal Reports allows generation of reports dynamically with desired
query.
4.  Strong and Concrete Security System Controls are used.
5.  Easy Navigation is provided for maintaining proper flow of system.
 THE PROPOSED SYSTEM

Statement of Need

 Errors caused due to manual processing of data must be reduced.

 Security features like username – password authentication must be enforced to

prevent unauthorized access.

 Logical and technical errors must be found.

 Facility to easily search a specific record must be enforced. System must be

user-friendly.

 Security features username and password authentication is implemented.

 Appropriate database tables are maintained to record and store validated
information.
 Facility to search a particular record is implemented.
 Report generation is implemented.
