How to check error code for operator.
( 3-Error code display mode )
・ In this mode, the contents of each fault in the machine Information SW
are displayed by a 6-digit code on the Display B.
Buzzer cancel SW
When the user or the operator needs be notified of the error code
of each fault, this mode is applied.

1. Parking lever "ON". Key switch "ON". ①


2. Turn buzzer cancel SW to [◇] for 3 seconds.
Display B shows ①.

3. Turn information SW ( > ) two times. ②


Display B shows ②.

4. Set buzzer cancel SW in the [◇] position.


・ If the failure observation function has not grasped
the condition of the machine, the display is as shown ③
in the display ③.
・ With this function, existing failures can be displayed
up to a maximum 20 items.
If multiple failure are occurring, the display automatically ④
changes every 2 seconds, so check the code.
Display B is shown repeatedly. --- ④.

5. Turn buzzer cancel SW to [□] until display B

1. Parking lever "ON". Key switch "ON" .
2. Turn buzzer cancel SW to [◇] and service SW "ON" for 3 seconds. ②

How to adjust Steering controller specification set.
・ This code(0002) is used to initialized the specification codes recognized by
the steering controller and the set values of the memory in the controller.
・ The specification code is displayed on the lower line. ①
* Adjustment method ( HSS specification )
1. Parking lever "ON". Key switch "ON" .
2. Turn buzzer cancel SW to [◇] and service SW "ON" for 3 seconds. ②
Display B shows ①.
3. Turn information SW ( > ) for three times.
Display B shows ②.
4. Set buzzer cancel SW in the [◇] position ③
Display A shows "Cb". Display B shows ③.
5. Set the information SW ( > ) three times.
Press the shift-up button two times. ④ 2

6. Set buzzer cancel SW in the [◇] position
Display B shows ⑤ . ⑤
7. Set buzzer cancel SW in the [◇] position 4 4 4
and check that the caution buzzer sounds.
8. Check that the displayed specification code has changed from [4*4] to [444].
* If specification code [444] is not displayed, the controller wiring harness or Display A
the controller unit may be defective.
* Even if this code is turned off the setting is effective.
9. Turn buzzer cancel SW to [□] until display B show normal condition.

How to adjust Machine specification set.
・ This code(0004) is used to have the machine specification recognized by
the controllers which compose the system.
・ The machine specification code is displayed on the lower line. (Display
B)

・ Adjustment method ( HSS specification )
* Since this code is reset when "Transmission controller specification set“
is executed, adjust it after that.
1. Parking lever "ON". Key switch "ON" . ②
2. Turn buzzer cancel SW to [◇] and service SW "ON" for 3 seconds.
Display B shows ①.
3. Turn information SW ( > ) for three times. ③

4. Set buzzer cancel SW in the [◇] position

Dual display monitoring mode
In this mode, 2 monitored items can be displayed
simultaneously.
1. Selecting and executing mode Display B
1. Select “Dual display monitoring mode” on the display A.
If the mode selected, code “dR” is displayed display A.
and title is displayed display B.
2. Display the monitoring code input display B by buzzer
cancel switch and shift-up or shift down button.
2. Selecting and entering monitored items.

1. On the code input display B, input the 5-digit codes of


items to be monitored to the upper line and lower lines by
information SW, shift-up button and shift-down button.

2. After inputting the codes, display the display B by buzzer


cancel switch.
* If the input codes are normal, the display B shown at right Normal

1. Steering lever neutral set
1. This code is used to adjust the steering
potentiometer neutral position of the PCCS
lever.
2. The output signal of steering potentiometer
Voltage range: 2450—2550 mV
from displayed by voltage on the display B.
Adjustment 1. Shift the PCCS lever in the steering neutral position.

2. Steering lever left set
1. This code is used to adjust the maximum left
steering potentiometer neutral position of the
PCCS lever.
Voltage range: 960—1180 mV
Adjustment 1. Set the PCCS lever to the left steering stroke end.
method: 2. Set buzzer cancel SW in the [◇] position and check that the caution sounds.
3. Steering lever right set
1. This code is used to adjust the maximum right
steering potentiometer neutral position of the
PCCS lever.
Voltage range: 3820—4040 mV
Adjustment 1. Set the PCCS lever to the right steering stroke end.
