Cinnamon Roll

1 T yeast dissolve in 1 cup water


Add in:
1 egg
¼ cup butter
½ tsp salt
¼ cup shortening
½ cup white sugar

Knead in ½ kl (4cups) first class flour, ½ tsp dough


improver, ½ tsp dough softener until dough is elastic.
Transfer to a grease bowl. Let it rise until double (45mins-
1 hour).

Divide the dough. Brush with margarine. Sprinkle with


sugar mixture – 1/3 cup brown sugar, 1 ½ tsp cinnamon,
raisins, nuts.
