-The process of evaluating tender begins with the submission of the


contractor’s response to the Invitation to tender.

-It makes an offer to supply the asked goods and services as per the
requirement of the tender implementing agency.

- once the tenders are being submitted the process of careful assessment
begins to select the preferred contractor for the project.

-This process is known as tender evaluation or tender adjudication.

9. The advertisement should include the following data:

• The price and place of tender document.
• The time and place of providing the bids.
• The date and time of opening the envelopes.

2. The bid attached with:
A. Primary bank guarantee.
B. Copy of the commercial registry.
C. Copy of the registration certificate in the industrial commercial
camper.
D. Copy of paying Zakat and tax.
E. Copy of the certificate of contractor’s classification.
3. Bid is considered agreement on the condtions, specifications and
drawings.
4. Any bid after the deadline is not considered.
