Management Division
 Function:

• To ensure the Data Center situated nationwide is maintained and operated

to the fullest efficiency within a secured environment.
• Enable 24/7 service delivery in hosting and housing eGovernment Systems.

• Assist the Shift Head in the day to day Data Center facility equipment operation and
maintenance (Emergency Generator, PACU, CCTV System, Fire Alarm System, UPS and
Access control devices).
• Assist the management of Data Center electrical system and sub systems (e.g. fire system,
HVAC alerts and alarms) and responsible for first escalation point for any alarms.
• Lead in the installation of structured cabling and raceways from entrance out to individual
server cabinets/racks.
• Provide input for approval in space management to include hardware installation and
removal as necessary.

• Ensure that systems, procedures and standards are strictly implemented in

its daily operation reports to include but not limited to incidence
troubleshooting, alerts, daily logs and escalation.
• Supports the implementation of the Division’s plan and programs in
coordination with stakeholders and other DICT units/divisions.
• Performs such as other tasks as may be assigned by the Division Chief
and/or the Director.
