CERTIFICATION OF COMPLETION

This is to certify that MJL Enterprises with office address Sumulong Avenue,
Bagumbayan Teresa, Rizal 1880 has completed the Supply, Delivery and Installation of Eight
(8) 3TR LG Inverter Comfort Cooling Air-Conditioning Units (Six (6) Floor mounted units and
Two (2) Ceiling suspended units) which were installed at the offices of Infostructure
Management Bureau of the Department of Information and Communications Technology
(DICT) located on C.P Garcia Ave. Diliman, Quezon City.

The equipment supplied by MJL Enterprises were found to be compliant and proper.
